Sommelier Wine

This longstanding winery, run by the Fratus family, is based in the province of Brescia, in the heart of the Franciacorta area. With 18 hectares under vine, the family produces wines of great refinement that are the fruits of its winemaking experience, consummate vineyard management and attention to detail throughout all the phases of the production process. By leveraging the expertise of its staff, the winery has been implementing for quite some time now a management approach based on respect for the environment and for the working conditions being applied. To this end, the 2006 harvest marked the endpoint of the conversion to the “organic” method of the winery’s entire production. The winery’s decision to go fully organic derived from its commitment to combine in its products top quality and total integrity, taking full account of the ethical principles underpinning its relationships with all concerned.
