Daily Wine

Villa Vescovile wines are the fruit of the great winemaking traditions of the South Tyrol, encapsulating, as they do, all the history and culture of that region. The grapes used to make these wines are cultivated in prestigious vineyards located just to the north of Trento, which are planted, like many others here, using the pergola system, on terraced soils. The grapes produce two red wines and four white wines, all of which are worthy examples of character and tipicity. Villa Vescovile wines encompass all of the most important denominations of origin of the region.

Production technique
After the harvest, they must undergo a low-temperature maceration for about 2-4 hours and then are fermented at 22°C for 10-12 days.

The wine is bottled in the spring following the harvest after micro-filtration.
