Sommelier Wine

An exquisite Italian sparkling wine renowned for its elegance and sophistication. Crafted in the Franciacorta region of Lombardy, Italy, this wine is a delightful expression of the classic méthode champenoise, which makes it a true rival to its French counterparts. The term "millesimato" indicates that this wine is produced exclusively from grapes harvested in a single vintage, showcasing the unique characteristics of that specific year.

This rosé wine presents a captivating salmon-pink hue with a subtle effervescence of tiny, persistent bubbles that dance gracefully in the glass. On the nose, it reveals an enticing bouquet of red berries, predominantly strawberries and raspberries, accompanied by delicate floral notes and a hint of minerality. On the palate, the wine offers a lively and well-balanced structure, with vibrant acidity and a creamy mouthfeel. The flavors of red fruits continue to shine through, enhanced by a touch of citrus zest, ultimately leading to a lingering, refreshing finish that leaves a lasting impression.

Production Technique

A wine that is meticulously crafted from hand-picked Pinot Noir grapes, prized for their exceptional rosé quality. After gentle pressing to extract juice, it ferments in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures to retain delicate fruit aromas. Our skilled winemaker blends different Pinot Noir batches to achieve the perfect taste profile. The wine undergoes a second fermentation in the bottle, aging on yeast sediment for over 24 months, adding depth and complexity. After disgorgement and a touch of sugar for Brut-style, it's corked and ready to enjoy!
